When you contact us

We use your name, contact details and the information you choose to send to reply and assess your enquiry. For consultancy enquiries, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request; for other correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in managing communications. Providing data is optional, but we need contact details to reply. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive data or personal information about other people.

The form prepares an email on your device. Its fields are not sent to NOAH until you complete sending in your email application. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or marketing campaigns.

Browsing, cookies and links

The website code does not set cookies, use profiling or analytics tools, or embed social widgets. Photos, videos and fonts are served by this website. Links to social networks and other websites open external services governed by their own privacy notices.

The hosting infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP addresses, requests and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from the information you choose to send us and serves the legitimate interest in website security and operation.

Retention and recipients

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the protection of rights. Authorised persons and providers needed to deliver the service may access data, including OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, Google email, and any professionals involved in the enquiry. Data is not published or sold.

Providers’ services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable conditions and safeguards are described in their privacy notices; you can contact us for information about the handling of your enquiry.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. We do not use data for automated decisions or profiling.

The platform also uses Cloudflare’s technical security cookie __cf_bm, observed with a 30-minute lifetime, to distinguish automated traffic and protect the website. It is not an advertising cookie.
